Graduates of any associate degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctorate programs of universities or students who are still studying,

Those who have not previously received support within the scope of the Ministry of Industry and Technology Techno-Entrepreneurship Capital Support or the 2nd phase of TÜBİTAK 1512 or 1812 Programs,

Entrepreneurs who are not involved in the partnership (including sole proprietorships) structure of any enterprise as of the application date,

Those with an innovative business idea based on R&D and technology,

Teams of at least 2 people
